Who Can Enter?
This competition is open to balcony and terrace gardeners living in Docklands.
- Gardeners of all ages are welcome. The entry must be submitted by a household member aged 18 or over.
- You should be responsible for looking after the garden you enter. If you receive professional gardening help, please let us know.
- Your garden must be established for at least one month before you enter.
How to Enter?
To enter, complete the entry form and provide:
- Up to three photos showing your plants and garden. Each photo must be at least 4 megapixels in resolution, approx. 2560 × 1440 pixels.
- A wider view of your garden showing the balcony or terrace in its surroundings.
- A short description of your garden, in no more than 100 words.
- Your name and contact details.
- Your residential address, so we can confirm that you are eligible.
- A list of known plant species.
Photo Guidelines
- You must not graphically add or remove plants, objects or surroundings, or make other changes that significantly alter how your garden looks. AI tools or features must not be used to create or alter images.
- You may crop or rotate photos, or make small adjustments to brightness, exposure and colour.
- To respect everyone's privacy, please avoid including identifiable people, pets or neighbouring private property in your photos.
- Entries that do not meet these requirements will be excluded from the competition.
